A Delegação de Vila Real de Santo António da Cruz Vermelha Portuguesa surgiu a 7 de agosto de 1981 e somos uma Organização Não Governamental, que se rege pelas normas da Cruz Vermelha Portuguesa.

Rental of mobility or comfort aid equipment to promote greater autonomy, such as crutches, wheelchairs, walking aids, articulated beds, etc.

Health Area:

- Teleassistance- Immediate response in emergency/urgency, safety and loneliness situations through the simple pressing of a button by the user, which allows contact with the CVP Contact Center, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, throughout the national territory.

It is aimed at all people who are in a situation of dependence (due to old age, illness, incapacity or isolation), as well as fully autonomous people who wish to feel protected.

The Little Pirates Day Care Center

This is a social response of a socio-educational nature, aimed at supporting the family and the child, designed to welcome children up to the age of 3, during the period corresponding to the impediment of the parents or those exercising parental responsibilities.

It can accommodate 35 children.

The following facilities are available to the community, parents and guardians:

- Nursery: from 4 to 12 months;

- Room: from 12 to 24 months;

- Room: from 24 to 36 months.

General Objectives and Educational Purposes of the Nursery:

- To aim to be a privileged partner for parents in the continuity of care and affection;

- To guarantee the quality of relationships: institution/child/family/community;

- Respect the individuality of each child;

- Promote the integral and harmonious development of the child, in order to encourage curiosity, critical thinking, stimulate creativity, based on the assumption - Learning by Playing;

- Building on the child's existing knowledge to develop and improve new learning;

- Encouraging family participation in the educational process, so that the school becomes an extension of the family;

- Establishing relationships of effective collaboration with the community.

We hope to meet your best expectations by offering a welcoming environment where, in addition to a quality teaching/learning process with innovative methods, children will find a space with creative activities that stimulate them and allow them to experience school with pleasure.
