The Mental Health 360º project held an information session for informal caregivers on the theme “Mental Health and Well-being in the Elderly”.
The session was led by Ricardo Valente, psychologist and project manager of the Health in Dialogue Platform, to whom we are deeply grateful for his availability and sharing of knowledge.

It was a space for compassionate listening and reflection, which reinforced an essential message: caring for those we care for also begins with not forgetting ourselves!
