The Info.Cuidador 2.0 project is now underway; it is an initiative dedicated to supporting and counseling informal caregivers through the use of new technologies.

This project is the natural evolution of its initial version, shaped by real-world feedback and constructive experiences, allowing for the strengthening and adjustment of the response to needs identified in the field.

 

Its goal is to enhance support for caregivers by providing digital tools that facilitate access to information, practical guidance, and day-to-day assistance.

 

Through innovative solutions, the project focuses on an approach that is closer, more accessible, and continuous. To ensure an integrated, person-centered response, it relies on a multidisciplinary team—comprising a physician, nurse, nutritionist, social worker, psychologist, and physiotherapist—to provide specialized care.

Info.Cuidador 2.0 is co-financed by the Algarve 2030 Regional Program under the Portugal 2030 framework, with the participating municipalities acting as social investors.

 

Caring for the caregiver is also a priority.
