The red room at the “A Semente” Children's Center hosted a sensory activity dedicated to spring, providing children with a rich experience of colors, textures, and discoveries.

The initiative also included reading the book “This Flower is Mine,” which served as a starting point for playfully exploring the characteristic elements of this season.

Inspired by the story, the children explored flowers, vibrant colors, paints, and various natural materials. They were encouraged to touch, smell, observe, and create, stimulating their senses freely and creatively. Throughout the session, the little ones also had the opportunity to experiment with color mixing, discover new tactile sensations, and connect with nature, promoting sensory, cognitive, and emotional development.

This combination of reading and sensory exploration reinforces the importance of integrated educational approaches, where imagination and experience go hand in hand.
