The morning began with a sensory and artistic activity where food was the main protagonist, but in a different way, through painting.
The children gave free rein to their imagination using natural paints made from foods such as beet, cocoa and curry, creating authentic works of art with colors and textures inspired by nature and cooking.
This was followed by a fun cooking workshop, where our little chefs prepared oatmeal and banana pancakes. Between spoons and smiles, they learned that cooking can be healthy, tasty and a lot of fun.
The day ended with a shared snack, full of fresh and colorful fruit brought by our children's families, in which this sharing reinforced not only the bonds between home and school, but also the value of balanced eating habits from an early age.
The aim of these activities was to make the children aware of the importance of a varied, healthy and conscious diet, promoting responsible practices in relation to food and the environment from an early age.
